- Express Shipping Delivery via Australia Post: Delivery in 1- 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
- FREE Express Shipping for ALL ORDERS OVER $150 AUD (inclusive of GST) within Australia!
- You also have an option to PICK-UP your order at Strike Warehouse 1/12 Fraser Rd, Northgate QLD, Australia 4013 – for FREE! However, to ensure availability of the item, please call or email us before picking up your order.
- Orders received before 3pm AEDT on a business day are shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 3pm, it will be dispatched the next day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
- If the item is in stock and order is received before 3pm AEDT on a business day, it will be shipped out the same day. If your order is placed after 3pm, it will be dispatched the next day. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day.
- We do not guarantee that all items will be in stock however, if an item is out of stock, we will immediately advise you by email.
Orders shipping to New Zealand:
WE OFFER SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND!
- If the item is in stock, your parcel will be delivered within 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
- We do not guarantee that all items will be in stock; however, if an item is out of stock, we will immediately advise you by email.
- Your order will be delivered by Australia Post International trackable service.
- You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.

New Zealand Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to New Zealand are subject to New Zealand Customs regulations.
Low Value Goods (LVG) Levy
For orders valued at NZD $1,000 or less, a mandatory Low Value Goods (LVG) levy applies. This levy is imposed by New Zealand Customs on low-value imported goods.
- The LVG levy is currently NZD $2.54 per shipment
- This amount is included within the shipping fee at checkout and is not charged separately
- The levy is required by New Zealand Customs and is not a fee set by us
Why this levy applies
The LVG levy helps cover the cost of processing low-value imports into New Zealand. It is part of the New Zealand Government’s importation framework and applies to eligible shipments entering the country. For more information, please refer to this information pack or visit their website.
Orders over NZD $1,000
Orders valued over NZD $1,000 may be subject to customs duties, GST, and import processing charges. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and may be payable to the courier or New Zealand Customs prior to delivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy
All products sold by Education Accessories are covered by a warranty for your protection and peace of mind. Our products are all brand new and the warranty period is specified if applicable inside the packaging of the product.
The customer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us in writing if the goods are damaged or incorrect. If for any reason the goods are not to your satisfaction, please notify us and request for a Return Authorisation within 7 days. We will immediately send you a Return Authorisation Form & Number together with a return checklist and instructions. Any goods returned to Education Accessories accompanied without a Return Authorisation Form & Number will be rejected at the door by our warehouse.
Return Authorisation Numbers are only valid for 7 days, so we must receive the returned product into our store within this period; otherwise, the return may not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. A copy of the invoice, or other proof of purchase, must be included with the returned product, as well as the approved Return Authorisation form sent to you by Education Accessories Support.
If you wish to return a product due to a cancelled job, a customer change of mind or if you have incorrectly ordered a product and request for a refund, you will be charged with a 10% restocking fee and initial freight charge will not be included in this credit. This charge is to cover the time invested by Education Accessories to process the initial order. Please contact contact@educationaccessories.com.au for instructions on how to do this.
